Once engraving is complete, orders are shipped within 1 business day.

Shipping time after that depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.

If you need to cancel or make a change, please email us as soon as possible.

Once the engraving process has started, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

Because each necklace is made to order, engraved items are not eligible for returns or exchanges once the engraving process has begun.

If your necklace arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

You can engrave names, initials, dates, numbers, or short words. The available space varies by pendant style, so please refer to the product page for character limits.
