CUSTOM, ENGRAVED & PERSONALIZED ITEMS
Due to the nature of custom jewelry, all engraved, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale.
Once the engraving or customization process has begun:
- Orders cannot be cancelled
- Returns and refunds will not be accepted
- Exchanges will not be offered, except where required by law
This policy applies regardless of whether the item has shipped.
ORDER ERRORS & MODIFICATIONS
We strongly encourage customers to review all order details carefully before submitting their purchase, especially spelling, dates, initials, and personalization details.
If you notice an error in your order:
- Please contact us as soon as possible
- Changes may be possible only if the customization process has not yet begun
Once production has started, we are unable to make changes or offer refunds.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Approved claims may be eligible for repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
